    • What are my payment options?
      We take credit card, gift cards, checks and cash. If you have a gift card please call our office before scheduling your appointment to get a consultation.
    • How soon can I get an appointment?
      If you are seeking immediate medical attention, please call 911. For matters that can be scheduled, you can expect an appointment no later than a week! When you fill out our form, you'll be able to select a date and time that works best for you. Our team will be in touch if the time you've selected conflicts with our appointment system.
