Spines served in the U.S. Navy where he was the Chief of Medicine at the
Medicine Center of Medicine, Assistant Residency Program Director at MCM and
Assistant Professor. He has provided care to active duty military, retirees, congressional delegates and foreign diplomats to the U.S.Congress. Has authored articles in dermatology journals and presented at the annual
meeting of the American Academy of Medicine.
Spines has been practicing in the last 35 years. In addition to medicine and helping people, Spines has significant experience in medical help. He is currently the medical director of meds. Spines, his wife and children have lived in the area for over 35 years. Spines maintains his health by playing tennis several days per week.
